SEAN SCOTT

PARK WELLINGTON HOA

A FRESH START

VISION

As a new homeowner at Park Wellington, I bring a fresh set of eyes—and a deeply strategic one. While I may be new to the building, I’m not new to understanding what makes communities thrive, what adds value to real estate, and what makes people proud to call a place home. Professionally, I work marketing where I manage teams across multiple time zones and continents, speak to diverse demographics with precision, and oversee million-dollar budgets with results to show for it. My daily life revolves around understanding what people care about, what makes them feel heard, and what creates lasting value. That’s the lens I want to bring to Park Wellington.

CULTURE

I’d like to introduce more accessible channels for communication—quarterly email updates, resident surveys, and digital portals for faster, clearer updates, SMS alerts, push notifications —so no one ever feels out of the loop or in the dark.
There are creative ways to partner with brands, businesses, and services to add amenities that residents love—without touching our reserve fund. Think: wellness partnerships, pet perks, or luxury service add-ons through strategic sponsorships or vendor programs.
In a city as image-conscious as West Hollywood, aesthetics matter. From signage to landscaping, from lobby updates to poolside upgrades, we can make high-impact changes that instantly elevate the look and feel of our property— and increase property values.
I want to bring a marketing mindset to our long-term planning—studying what features and amenities today’s buyers are already expecting tomorrow. That means EV readiness, sustainability upgrades, and tech-friendly conveniences that set our building apart in the market.
From casual resident events to a stronger online community presence, I’d like to foster a culture where neighbors actually feel like neighbors. Stronger community equals less turnover, higher satisfaction, and higher home values.
